Just copy and paste - although I gather that can be a problem on phones, and if you are having any problems on your laptop or PC try a different browser - I find Opera or Chrome work best and have had problems with Firefox.
copy and paste doesnt work somehow, but drag and drop seems to work^ yay, my first comment with photo.. of stinky paws. lesson learnt. cheers!
