Hello, today I will share with you a gluten-free and sugar-free pancake recipe. This post will be my entry for the how to weekly challenge, created sponsored and judged by @aoart and @roscoeh.

We are only going to use two ingredients:
2 eggs
1 Banana
We are going to put everything in the blender and mix it until we get a smooth mix.
Then we are just going to cook it like a classic pancake the only thing is that the mix is very liquid so I prefer cook very small amount to make it easy to flip the pancake.
And here you are quick easy and healthy pancakes done in 15min!!!

We do this more now because our banana plants have lots of fruits now since it is summertime.
Nice:) banana ice cream is great as well if you have lots of them for the summer if you just freeze them and then blend them and mix them with a caramel on a butter nut it gives u a lovely banana icecream!!!;-)
How is the caramel on a butter nut? I want to try making banana ice cream.
