Nice work in testing those seeds, @little-peppers! You will have a lot of great-tasting amaranth from that package! I like to amaranth plants, too. I like the little plants when they only have a few leaves, and when they are bigger, too. Another person on Steemit that likes amaranth is @steemgold. They post a lot about it - they call it spinach, but it is the amaranth that you have in your package. Here is some I harvested. They grew from weed seeds. Happy gardening!
