Practicing a healthy sexual hygiene implies that you can have a responsible, satisfying, and safer sex life without the worrying about contacting Sexually Transmitted Diseases ( STDs)

  These are some steps to follow for a healthier and sexual you.


  •   MEDICAL HYGIENE.

  •  GENITAL HYGIENE.

  •  HANDS HYGIENE.

   •.   ORAL HYGIENE.

  •     DONT HOLD YOUR URINE.

   •.  DRINK ENOUGH WATER.

• MEDICAL HYGIENE; Medical check up every 3 months helps to determine and manages your medical and sexual well-being.

• GENITAL HYGIENE; Shaving and keeping the genitals clean by washing with water, wiping from front to back, wearing breathable cotton underpants helps to keeps the genitals clean and free from germs that can cause infections.

• HANDS HYGIENE; Washing of hands and nails before and after sex and after using the toilets or doing sanitations. This is to prevents germs from the hand to pass into the genital, therefore prevents infection.

•. ORAL HYGIENE. Avoid oral sex when there is sore in or around the mouth, and also brushing of the teeth before and after sexual contacts can helps the genitals to be free from harmful germs.

DO NOT HOLD YOUR URINE; Controlling yourself from urinating for a very long time can cause the bacterial breeding in the urine to multiply quickly.Once the urine refluxes back to the breather and kidneys, the bacterial can results to kidney infections, Urinary Track Infections (UTI), and then Nephritis, even Uremia. So be sure to urinate without delay.

• DRINK ENOUGH WATER; Drinking at least 8cups of water daily helps to keep the body hydrated and help the kidney to flush and eliminates toxins from the body faster.

Lol. Are you sure you don't drink up to 8 glass of water a day ?

Well studies shows drinking 8 glass of water daily helps the general wellness of the body. Moreover being thirsty is a common sign that the body need water in other to avoid been dehydrated. Try and drink more water
