The Ritz Paris is a legendary palace of the Place Vendôme which was founded by César Ritz in 1898. This palace has hosted the greatest personalities: Coco Chanel, Proust, Hemingway, Sartre, Chaplin ... They all came in other to admire the magnificence of the XVIIIth and Empire style decorations, the luxury of the rooms and the well-being area, the gastronomy of its restaurant l'Espadon and test the internationally renowned cocktails of the Hemingway bar. A myth often represented in the cinema and evoked in literature, which comes back to life with the brilliance we know about it.

The Ritz offers 71 guest rooms and 71 fully renovated suites, combining deluxe luxury, grand decor and state-of-the-art technology.
The Suites each have a private terrace overlooking the hotel's French garden.
The Prestige Suites bear the name of the famous guests who have marked the history of the palace: Marcel Proust, Frederic Chopin, Coco Chanel or the Duke and Duchess of Windsor, each time with carefully chosen furniture, a personalized decor rivaling finesse and works of art, and a view of the prestigious Place Vendôme.

Chef Nicolas Salle is the director of the kitchens of the famous L'Espadon restaurant, offering creative cuisine combining finesse and perfection. The Escoffier Cooking School also offers exceptional cooking and baking classes and workshops for adults and children.

Have you heard about the very violent robbery that took place Wednesday in the Parisian palace?

The famous Parisian palace of the Ritz was the scene of a spectacular robbery, indeed, five hooded men armed with axes took away more than four million euros of jewels !!
Three of them were stuck and arrested in the hotel and the other two fled with the loot worth four million euros.

Around 18:30, the five men entered the hotel located in the heart of Paris on the famous Place Vendome.
They entered the back of the palace, dressed as painters.

One of the palace's boutiques specializing in large gemstones was mainly looted with axes.
