Viagra works by increasing blood pressure, thus it is not suitable for men who might be susceptible to stroke, or other heart ailments. Like Spanish Fly, it does not increase sexual pleasure, and has also been associated with Priapism, an unending, painfully swollen, erection that may require surgery to alleviate.
It is probably not a good idea if you have had bypass surgery, but, who am I to judge?

but the main inconvenient that the male wont be doing a real natural work , it would be a boosted thing
