Yes, even the bypass surgery patients can get harder erections that are required to perform sex. Viagra is the same for all men. But these patients should ensure that they are sexually aroused or else this sex pill does not provide any benefits to them.
The irony is that some patients after undergoing a bypass surgery lose their libido. If they lose hard can get it with the help of Viagra medication. But, Viagra cannot increase sexual desire in a man.

but the main inconvenient that the male wont be doing a real natural work , it would be a boosted thing
