What's for brunch?
Fried bologna and egg sandwich on wholewheat toast with Spin Blend.
I know, I know, I know
- This isn't Facebook. What in the world am I doing posting what I had for brunch on Steemit?

The theme for Week #15 will be Wholesome Homestead Recipes.
- He may not accept this entry as wholesome, but it's worth a shot...
Ingredients
- Bologna
- Egg
- Cheese
- Toast
- Spin Blend
Instructions
- Heat up a skillet
- Start your toast.
- When heated, throw in a slice of bologna
- When it bubbles up in the middle use you spatula to make a radius cut. This will make it lay down flat and look like pacman 😎
- Smear lots of Spin Blend on both pieces of toast.
- Put your slice of cheese on one piece.
- When the bologna is done cooking, put it on your slice of cheese, so it will start melting.
Throw a pat of butter in the skillet.
- Cook your egg. Breaking the yolk...
- Add LOTS of garlic, some salt and pepper.
Put the egg on your bologna and...
