Awesome. I'm interested to read through the entries, did you get quite a few? The only one I read so far was by @gardengirlcanada and it was very good.
I've gotten about 22 entries so far - the most we've ever seen for the homesteading challenge!!! The winning announcement on Monday will have a list of all of them in case people want to read them
