Pretty ambitious plans. Kudos to you for taking on most of the work yourself. That will help keep the costs down. I was pretty impressed with your tiny house. What will become of that cute and efficient tiny home?
I'm really not looking forward to all the work to be honest, I'm busy enough as it is but like you said it will help us keep the price down.
We will still be using the tiny house until the fall at least. After that not really sure. We may use it as a guest house or if we can afford another property or lake lot at some point we might drag it out there and take the wheels and axles off to use it as a cabin. We could also sell it. So we have a few options but are still not decided.
You could also use it as a rental and get some income out of it to buy another property... just thinkin' out loud.

Thanks, we looked for a few years before we found this property. It has pretty much everything we wanted except warm weather and a little closer to the city but other then that it is near perfect.
