All Natural Homemade Salsa From Our Homestead Garden
We made 16 pints of salsa from our own homestead tomatoes this year. We had a lot of tomatoes from our garden so we had to find ways to use them.
We used some all natural salsa mix since our chili peppers got destroyed by the freezing summer nights on our new homestead.
My Mom was here helping out because Melanie was recovering from a C section delivery of our little baby.
I also ordered a new wireless microphone for outdoor work. In the past when it was windy my video quality suffered badly. Now I can take the wireless transmitter and receiver with me for perfect quality sound.

Just saw your video on how you became LLC, thats nice and all, but did you know your only registered in MI, not the whole united states?
Basically when my copyright and incorporation comes in with " The do it yourself world " name you have to cease using it, and I seriously doubt Youtube is founded in MI, I believe it is founded through Google and their main headquarters are in CA.

THE leader of a secretive religious group based on the Coffs Coast has appeared in court on 14 charges of aggravated indecent assault, sexual assault and sexual intercourse without consent.
Senior Christian Assemblies International pastor Anthony Scott Williams appeared in Coffs Harbour Local Court on Tuesday with police alleging the offences were aggravated by his use of his position as the Overseer (highest authority) of the organisation of which the victims were members.
The charges included indecent assault of a victim under the authority of the offender; assault with an act of indecency; aggravated sexual assault of a victim under the authority of the offender and sexual intercourse without the consent of the victim.

He was also required not to approach former members of Christian Assemblies International.
The case was adjourned to Coffs Harbour Local Court for mention on November 10.

CHRISTIAN Assemblies International (CAI) has been described as one of the first internet cults.
The members of the Pentecostal Christian group do not all live together permanently in communes, but are linked electronically with their pastors and church leaders.

Not using scalding water to remove the skins was extremely lazy and it has nothing to do with the nutrients in the skins. Salsa looked very thin, more like tomato sause than salsa. I was surprised at how your mom had to educate you on canning when Ming Ting has been canning for many months. Do you not help Ming a Ling? As a DIY channel you came across as not familiar with the process. Noticed the wood stove not hooked up. You should be careful filming not to show your deception to viewers. Explains why you get so few views now.

The propane stove is very efficient.
Many off grid homes do use propane and still consider themselves off the grid.
Off the grid means not using electricity from the power grid.

You never once showed a wire going from your summer solar panels to your house. You never once showed us a charge controller, inverter, battery, or power distribution/connection point at your house. Correct? You can call those claims a lie, but you hid all of that stuff for a reason. And getting bashed for poor wiring is not one of them. You were NOT using solar this summer. If you were then you should have NO PROBLEM showing your electric bills.

No wires from the new panel array into the house until recently. Now tell us how you have been 95% off grid in the trailer and shack not outbuildings with no solar at all.
