TINOLANG ISDA (Fish Stew )
Hello Steemians God bless all...
Menu for the day Fish Stew ( tinolang isda - is a visayan common local term) short bodied mackerel fish/( Philippines tamarong na isda)

:Here is the Main Ingredients:
1/2kilo tamarong fish 🐠
1liter water
Onion
Ginger
Spring onion
Tomato 🍅
Pepper 🌶 (siling mahaba or pepper finger)
1 table spoon of vinegar ( optional- to add sourness)


:For Seasonings:
Salt
Msg / Vetsin
:And here is the procedure for cooking,with pictures below.
1st get the clean pot, then add 1liter of water , add ginger and the sliced onion and allow them to boil.

2nd step after boiling the water add the fish, then allow to boil again.

3rd step add the spices and the seasonings and taste it. If the taste is good for you, and it is done. And ready to serve,

It is better to serve in hot. And that's all... I will try another menu for my next post.
