RE: New Addition to the Homestead

Great looking rhode island red rooster! We have a couple here on the farm too. They are extremely hardy and good egg layers. I'm sure your pot belly pig will find plenty of grass and bugs to forage on around the house. I have never owned one but I know pigs will eat just about anything!

Ok first of I just have to say I love your name! I was a Rakkasan! I was with Alpha Battery 3rd Battalion 320th Field Artillery Regiment at Fort Campbell KY! We were the Red Knight Rakkasans! Yes we have the a few rhode island reds, and some black australorp chickens and I don't even know what the white rooster is. As far as the white pig or as the family calls her Bubbles she is really nice and she does like to eat what ever we don't.

Very cool to meet another Rakkasan on here! I was in C TRP, 1-33 Cav from 2006-2009 at Ft. Campbell and in Iraq. I just went camping up in the Ozarks near Fort Leonard Wood, it's beautiful up there. Look forward to seeing updates on your farm!

That is very cool! I was at Campbell from 2003 to 2009! And I live about 60 miles away from Fort Lenard Wood! LOL
