Do you plant them at the same time? I wonder if you could work in some subterranean crops like potatoes too...
a subterranean crop would be a good idea. potatoes may take up to muck space. but i bet carrots would do well.
you can plant them all at once with a good plan and proper spacing. or you can plant them at separate times and kind of fill in the space's when you think it's a good time.
