I love sprouting. I have even done mung beans...the ones that make the typical"bean sprouts" you buy in the store. They wind up a little more hearty than the ones I used to buy. I also love sprouted lentils. They make a great hearty salad if you add some of your favorite veggies and a nice vinaigrette. Great post btw! good to get folks excited about the benefits of sprouting.
