Thats quite an effort. One thing though. Some folks may onlyvwant to post every couple of months, so we need to decide on what is 'inactive'. Also, there may be a reason they havent posted for a couple of months.
Good points. Interestingly I am finding a lot of people have recently started posting again (for obvious reasons). Much better retention rate than last time I checked.
