We use to do sprouts for ourselves for soups and omelets but now we do micro greens. I think their is a use and place for both but micro greens are great for salad mixtures etc. We also feed an excess mixed in with fodder for our livestock.
I have been wanting to up vote your microgreen post but by time I found them they were all over a week old. I get so aggravated with the only 7 days to vote on good post.
