Salted Caramel Mocha (low carb, keto friendly, THM:S)

<br/

When on keto, those fancy coffee drinks are out. They have loads of sugar and other ingredients you don't want. But, you can STILL get your salted caramel mocha on with this easy keto copycat recipe!

There once was a girl who loved coffee. Not just plain, boring coffee. But, loads of sugar, cream and other flavoring. This girl would spend about $6 per coffee drink indulgence, ingesting a whopping 95 carbs at the same time.

This girl would indulge in this carby, expensive drink at least 2-3 times a week, too. Oh, foolish girl she was. Lest you think it was on the girl, the boy she is married to loved to indulge in the same manner, at the same rate. I'll wait while you do the math.

They spent nearly $2,400 a year on their coffee fetish. Not to mention the 5-10 pounds a year extra they padded on their butt, thighs, and elsewhere. It's not a pretty story, folks is it?

As you can guess, that girl was ME, and when my hubby and I realized what we were doing to our bodies (and wallets) it had to stop. No more expensive drinks at $1 a syllable. Sad times, indeed. However, knowing that we can make our favorite coffee drinks to indulge in keto style helps. Keeping our budget and carb intake in better balance is good all around.

You can also make this keto salted caramel mocha at home, saving you TONS of money and carbs! With less than 4 carbs per 8 ounce cup, it's an enjoyable beverage without the guilt.

Num! I could lick that topping right off the screen. I too make my own except I use coconut milk, honey, cinnamon and cacao powder. Not much into caramel. I blend it in my nutra bullet. My next big purchase will be the ninja coffee station. lol..Luv my coffee!

yummycoffee_80_anim_gif[1].gif that looks fantastic😍
