We had lots of wild concord grapes in our neighborhood and one year I collected them all and made 28 QUARTS of grape jam for my husband. It lasted him about 9 months, in his peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
Wild grapes are labor intensive as they have a pest that lays eggs inside, so each grape needs checked...
Also I like that you caption each photo with what is in it. Sometimes I don't recognize things and it's good to know what they are.
