It is time to start the third week of the Community Engagement Contest for Global Homestead Collective. You can check out the contest post here...
For those of you that are new to the contest, it is simple. The focus on the contest is engagement on posts using the tag #ghsc. This tag is the main tag used by Global Homestead Collective. You can find all sorts of posts regarding self reliance and living free.
As the community continues to grow, so does the umbrella of what is covered. The purpose is to Unite, Educate, and Encourage individuals from around the world.
We have been uniting individuals using the GHSC discord server. https://discord.gg/hPJs5Rb We have been educating individuals through the vast range of posts made using the tag #ghsc. We have been encouraging individuals through conversations and financial contributions from GHSC.
We use 75% of all rewards gained on the account @ghscollective to give back to the community. This is done in the form of a direct transfer to the individuals account, or paying to promote one of their posts. If they are promoted....it gives them the SBD, plus 10% ROI, and potentially more exposure for their account.
We grow our account @ghscollective through the 25% of rewards that we retain, and delegations from others that want to support the self reliant community. We earn rewards through posts, vote selling, and curation.

Bringing attention to Global Homestead Collective is the focus of the next few months. There are big things coming to the blockchain with hardfork 21, and this will also effect our community.
We are in the process of developing an app for Global Homestead Collective, which will also grow into having an SMT when they are available!
There are nothing but big things in the future for this community. To love people, to give back directly, to grow as creators, to feel good about the content that we are all sharing.
