Human Nutrition Calculator

I am working on a homesteading plan, and to plan out which foods I want grow, and how much of each. I wanted to find a calculator which can tell me what nutrients a human needs. https://nutritiondata.self.com/tools/calories-burned this one is the best I found. I am planning to release my food plan as well for anyone else who is interested in homesteading.
