Our Potential Future Home - A Real Homestead!

The top half of this 3.71 acre piece of slopes, wooded land with a beautiful Mesa top clearing is not pictured below but rest assured the land is beautiful. Aside from all the leftover dumpy trash that the owners of the estate had spent their lives collecting, there is so much real potential in this piece of land, located so close to my current house.

I am beyond grateful for the things in life and I pray everyday to Heavenly Father for all that I have received.

I work hard. And I love my @kelsnm. Our lives are beginning on this path together, but first we must spent countless hours toiling in cleanup. And I mean countless hours of cleanup are ahead of us.

With the oncoming grand solar minimum or whatever it is these days, expected to plunge us into a mini ice age, this is an excellent opportunity to build the home to survive it all!

I know how work for the next 10 years and will never not have something to talk about.. stay tuned!

The property extends up the hill some 300 plus yards. It is truly a massive and private property. I cannot be more grateful to have found this lot, regardless of the work I’ll need to put in to clean her up. I can do it.

We will unfortunately have to demolish the first two story structure, by order of the modern feudal masters over at the township building, who use our tax dollars to enforce their unwanted “codes”, but I plan to convert that patch of land into the garden! And a pig pen, chicken pen, goat pen, greenhouse, and work shop. So much potential and opportunity.
