I recently wrote a post about lemon balm, it's interesting to see that lemon balm and lemongrass have many of the same healing affinities! Namely the citral, that awesome cancer cell killer :) Cool post!
Yes true, I wrote an article on lemon balm this summer. though lots of the medicinal herbs contain similar healing properties and they are quite easy and abundant to grow. SO sad humans are so ignorant and disconnected as to miss out on these easy and natural benefits of which make most of all western medicine unnecessary.
Totally. A big passion of mine and what I hope to bring to steemit is information on common,easy to find and easy to use plants that act as medicine forour bodies. I'm calling my articles my "Nova Scotian Materia Medica" and focusing on plants that grow on my homestead. And yes, so many plants possess the same and so many healing powers, it's like the WHOLE plant wants to heal your WHOLE body, haha. Truly amazing :)
Yes nature is here to provide and I have yet to find a problem nature does not provide a solution for. Humanity somehow finds ways to deny, forsake or forget them.

Yes, Nova Scotia, near Peggys Cove :) it's beautiful here. The ocean is very soothing to the soul and there are bountiful gardens in the summer :)
There is little more soothing and soulful than the ocean!
