Yay! Ferment everything hahaha!! You should start seeing bubbles in the honey, I would also put it on a dish to catch escaping honey during the active ferment time....I have made this mistake before lol!
You could do a ginger honey or blueberry honey...turmeric root...go crazy!! You are going to be addicted by kombucha stage!! <3
