I would love to get my mom into this community. Unfortunately, she is not so great with English and technology. She has her own garden and grows her own food. But I love what you guys are doing. Simply amazing. :)

I could not agree with you more but I am playing my season in Italy now and I am not home to help her get started with everything. Who knows maybe in the future I will teach her the ways of Steemit. :)

I love that you're doing this! Are people here involved in seed saving? Preserving genetic diversity of seeds?
We are trying to ONLY share heirloom and non-GMO/hybrid seeds so they can save for the next year's harvest.
Yes we have MANY that save their own seeds too.
That's amazing! Well done :) I watched the documentary SEED earlier this year, a great and important film. It seems so essential that the food we eat has the capacity to reproduce and generate life again. I feel like it nourishes our vitality and life force more deeply than sterile food.
