My wife and I just got an air fryer. I was super skeptical at first, but now I think they are pretty amazing. I know it isn't really lower tech homesteading type stuff, but the health benefits are solid. Your chips look way better than my first try at them did though :) How were they with the malt vinegar? I am a big fan of that stuff. -@bozz
The malt vinegar was REAL good! My youngest daughter has an air-fryer and loves it. She'd rather use that then anything- but she says the clean up can be a chore in itself.
