Currently, there's no mechanism to consume heroes (you don't combine them for a better one, no death, no one runs away...), and new ones are created every day... This is the reason why I decided not to buy any, as I believe that inflation will eat away any investment.
Have you been earning bread? What do you plan to use it for? Thanks for your perspective.

I use my bread to reshuffle the shop items. This way I found three epic items, which helped me to stay in the top.
