Confused with word HODL,FOMO,FUD then read through!!!

If you are new cryptocurrency trader, you must have come across the words like HODL, FOMO, MOON etc. But are you wondering what does these words actually mean? Let us have a look.

1. HODL - This is nothing but HOLD. The word HOLD is deliberately misspelled as HODL. Anyone who buys the coins and do not sell it for long and keep it with him/her, they are called as HODLers.

2. FOMO - Fear of missing out. You must have seen in the bull market, most of the coins go up making new highs. At the same time, if you have any coin which is not growing, you feel to sell that coin and invest into the growing coin. You do this because you feel that you will lose the opportunity to invest in great coin. This is FOMO.

3. ATM - It is nothing but All time high.

4. Whale - It is a person or group of persons having the ability to manipulate the market. They hold a good amount of coins with them and can increase/decrease the price of the coin anytime they want.

5. ICO - It is initial coin offering same as initial public offering. Usually coins bough in ICO are sold when it hits the exchanges because of its hype created during promotion.

6. Arbitrage - Buying from one exchange in dip and selling at other exchange at high price at the same time is called as arbitrage.

7. Weak hand - Those people who do not have patience and sell the coins in loss are called weak hands.

8. Moon - Coin which is growing in price very fast is said to be going to moon.

9. FUD - Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt. This term is used to spread negative news in the market. When any rumour or false news comes in the market, we call it as FUD.
