Until that stops, neither will have my vote for "decentralized". Such a catchy word thrown around all over now... Soon the Central Banks will be calling themselves Decentralized....
Steem/Hive have shown us that, like you said before, are kind of the microcosm... Funny little humans making a digital version of reality...or is it digital versions of digital versions of.......blocks.....

I agree with you 100% that once the Steem blockchain is stable, our first focus should be on blocking trolls, and eliminating the useless downvote; an idea that I have been pushing for a long time now! I wrote about it 10 months ago here:
