HIVE: The Vote Stealing Coup

Who voted in the top 20 HIVE Witnesses? The HIVE community? Nope! It was the Steem community who not only had their intellectual property stolen, but also their votes stolen!

The HIVE High Council basically copied the Steem blockchain, froze the accounts of those they feared would oppose them, and put themselves into power. Those votes cast on the Steem blockchain will remain for the HIVE Witnesses, even if the Steemians who voted for them remove their vote on the Steem blockchain. Those HIVE Witnesses will continue to have, to their advantage, those votes that were given to them when they were Witnesses on the Steem blockchain, allowing them to maintain an advantage on the HIVE blockchain over future new comers to their system.

These people should forever be ashamed to EVER use the word democracy!

Some may argue that Steem members can simply login to the HIVE system, and remove their votes. Please do not make that pathetic argument, as you well know that many Steemians will not involve themselves with the HIVE system, hence those votes will remain to the benefit of the HIVE Witnesses.

In the real world, we would consider this "stealing the election" or "vote manipulation", you know, like the kinds of things that dictators, totalitarian regimes and authoritarian governments do.

How can HIVE members be so naive as to put their faith in a group of people who put themselves into power, and have an advantage to remain in power?! And they dream of decentralization! Wake up humanity, you're not that stupid!
