Hier findet ihr eine kleine Reihe von Wettbewerben die immer nur 3 Tage laufen. Hier müssen auch keine extra Beiträge geschrieben werden, sondern, man kann im Kommentarfeld unter dem Beitrag teilnehmen.
Heute machen wir hier einen kleinen Wettbewerb, in dem @shafqathussain bestimmt, wer gewinnt.

Welches ist für dich der beste Cover-Song? Vielleicht sogar besser als das original? Es müssen nicht bekannte Interpreten sein, auch Teilnehmer von Castingshows kannst du uns zeigen. Bitte verlinke auch ein entsprechendes YouTube Video.
Und auch diesmal geht das locker vom Hocker, ohne aufzustehen :)
Bei diesem Wettbewerb (so wie bei einem weiteren pro Woche) übernimmt @steemchiller die Patenschaft und der Gewinner bekommt ein 100 % Vote ( ca. 1,5 STU $ !)von ihm. Vielen Dank dafür !
Es wird ab jetzt hier jede Woche mehrere kleine Wettbewerbe geben, wo ihr im Kommentarfeld einfach mitmachen könnt. Ich werde einige Sponsoren auftreiben die dann immer in Form von Vote den Gewinner belohnen. Sicherlich wird der ein oder andere dann auch einmal ein höheres Vote bekommen.
Ich hoffe, euch macht diese kleine Wettbewerbsreihe viel Freude und es nehmen auch einige von euch daran Teil. Gerne könnt auch ihr einen Wettbewerb vorschlagen, den ich dann gerne hier für euch einstelle

Das Original war laut Wikipedia ein Irisches Volkslied aus dem 17 oder 18 Jahrhundert.
Ich werde wohl nie vergessen wie ich die Version von Metallica das erste mal gehoert habe. Ich war auf der Arbeit als der Song im Radio(sic) angesagt wurde. Ich hatte den Song bis dahin noch nie gehoert, wusste aber das der Titel zu der Zeit schon viel aelter sein musste. (ich habe in damals Thin Lizzy(1972) zugeschrieben)
Das war wohl das erste mal das ich wirklich realisiert habe was eine "CoverVersion" eigentlich ist und das die manchmal besser als das Original sind.
Die aelteste Version der "Neuzeit" die ich finden konnte, soll die der "Dubliners" von 1967 sein
Mein Whiskey im Glas ist leider ausgetrunken, schon vor Jahren habe ich mir den letzten genehmigt.

C-Block veröffentlichte 1998 mit "Eternal Grace" einen meiner Meinung nach gelungenen Coversong von "Amazing Grace" (Baujahr 1748), auch wenn ich jetzt niemals so weit gehen würde zu sagen, er sei noch besser geworden als das Original, denn das wird wohl niemand jemals schaffen.

For me, original and re-sung are completely unknown, so it's nice to get to know such performers through the competition.
I like the original song specially it was originally written by the itself so it full of emotions and experience but this cover by Kz Tandingan makes it like a different song like a song in heaven rocking you in your sleep.It was rich of emotions that ebb and flow, but I just want to add another cover I saw today by a baby and its brother/sister dog.Its worth the mention to make life a lil lighter.Enjoy!

The best cover song for me is The Prayer by Marcelito Pomoy.
Everyone knows this song and it is originally sung by Celine Dion and Andrea Bocelli. If you have not heard this cover yet, you're missing out! It was sing alone by one person in two different voice better than original.
And he even made it to America's got talent...
