How are you? I hope all are fine .

I did art on the 7/01/2021 . But I can post that day. Suddenly the picture was not uploading to my account.That's why I couldn't post. So today I am posting. Sri Lankan Cricketer Lathis Malinga is one of my favorite players. so ,I first downloaded pictures from the net and opened my Adobe Illustrator. If something goes wrong, you will see it in a forgiving way. .Now , I am showing step by step Lathis Malinga face vector in Adobe illustrator .

I downloaded that picture

Step:1

First I set up the A4 page in illustrator . After setting up the page, the white page will go away.

Step:2

Then I open my downloaded picture and lock it on the template at the layer.

Step:3

I started working with eyes. I first shaped the eyes with a pen tool. When I started selecting with the pen tool, I zoomed in on the picture. Then I made a circle with the ellipse tool and made eyeballs. When the eye work was done, I was coloring it with eyedropper tool. Then I cut out the excess with the Shape Builder tool.

In exactly the same way I completed another eye and shaped the nose with the pen tool.

Step:4

In this step I first zoomed in and slowly made eyebrows with the pen tool and did the color. When the eyebrow work was done I selected the whole part with hair and beard pen tool and cover it by black color it .

Step:5

In this step I designed the hair of the head. It took me a while to design. The inner shape of the hair I selected with the pen tool. Every task has to be done slowly so as not to backfire. I designed my hair with 4 colors. So that vector art emerges.

Step:6

I worked with layers every time when I use pen tool . I made lips in this step with a pen tool. After completing lips, I adjusted the shape of his beard. I did it with the direct selection tool to make the shape better. After doing everything, I selected the whole face and colored it.

Step:7

In this step, I fixed the color of the face with the direct selection tool. Then I made the shadow of the face and did the color.

After completing everything , I made the background with the rectangular tool and color it . Then i select text tool and write the name of the player .

I fixed all the mistakes and saved the drive at the end of the work.

It took me about an 5 hour to finish . That's all for today. Hope you enjoyed my Digital vector art .
