I have joined curation trail

Here is come @uzma4882 from Lahore Pakistan 🇵🇰 to share my participation in Contest Share Your Local Food Recipe 👩‍🍳 organized by @mirco.snt in Steem SkillShare community. I am glad to part of this community and got chance to share our healthy and favorite one local recipe of our country area.Look forward to share my recipe Pumpkin Chicken Recipe in detail with you. Ingredients ✍️

I have devided my sharing ingredients in two parts Herbs And Spices

I have chopped onion, coriander leaves, garlic Ginger paste, tomato paste and green chilli and main ingredient is pumpkin peal it out and chopped in proper shape.

I will use all major spices to enhance the taste of my local pumpkin Chicken recipe. I set in a plates for access easily during cooking. Move ahead , sharing with you step by step cooking procedure.

Step 1 👩‍🍳

I added chopped onion in warm oil. Stirrered them until light brown they had. After then add in chopped tomato, green chilli, garlic Ginger paste and mixed them well. Cooked for them for 10 minutes.

Step 2 👩‍🍳

I added in chiken pieces, spices red Chilli Powder, cumin powder, turmeric Powder , salt and coriander Powder .Mixed with stirrer and cooked for more 5 minutes in Moderate flame.

Step 3 👩‍🍳

Now finally we will add in chopped pumpkin. Add half cup of water and keep on Steam for 10-15 minutes. Afterwards when pumpkin is boiled well then mashed it with consistency and then garnished with green chilli and chopped coriander leaves.

Presentation 🍽️ 🍛

Our delicious Local Food Recipe is ready to serve with Boiled Rice and healthy salad 🥗 . Also can be served with hot Chapati . Enjoy with family and friends 💞
