This is a very interesting phrase "差不多"that Chinese people use daily thousands of time. It literally means " the difference is not too much" , "it's almost the same".
I will tell you a funny story about this phrase. This happened to german brand Mercedes that decided to move its production to China but not for all parts of the car. The parts were less essential but among those parts were also the wheels. One day german manager askedChinese manager: " why the wheels are not round". The Chinese manager said " 差不多 ". Mercedes stopped wheels production in China.
