I finally can post my first blog in this community. Today, I am going to share with you the very dish that always reminds me of home.

Why this dish? Everyone in the family loves this dish so much. We all get excited whenever this is the dish we will have on the table. When I was still younger, we don't get to have this dish as we find it really expensive. The time I got a job and can then afford to buy kilos of shrimp, we are then able to prepare and cook this anytime we want to.

Here in Cebu, you can find a lot of seafood vendor at a cheaper prize compared to those in the Capital part of the country. So, satisfying your craving won't be hard since you can just buy shrimp at any wet markets or supermarkets around the place.

Here are the ingredients in preparing this dish.

• Shrimp
• Butter
• Chopped onion
• Minced garlic
• Salt
• Black Pepper
• Bron Sugar

Preparing the dish is just very easy. You only have to saute the onion and garlic into the melted butter, wait for them to turn golden brown before you add the shrimp into it. Season it with salt, pepper and brown sugar then simmer for 5-10 minutes and it will br ready to serve.

The family can finish 3 kilos of this in just 1 meal. We also get to talk a lot of things while savoring this delicious dish. I can always imagine how my father and 3 brothers really enjoy having this. It is always best to go home with this dish on the table.
