step 1:

Open a new sheet size of 12x16 with a 300 res file, open the images with photoshop and drag the images to the sheet.

step 2:

Change the color of the biker silhouette by using >layer>layerstyle>gradientoverlay and choosing black to brown gradient

step 3:

Also, add outer glow effect and drop shadow using hot pink color with the same tool

step 4:

Using a pen tool draw a triangle on the lighthouse

step 5:

Go to layer>layercontent option>choose gradinen with teal color

step 5:

Copy the triangle and change its angle and change its color in the layer content option tool

step 6:

Make more triangles with different colors to look like an aurora of light

step 7:

Select the biker and draw one more triangle with an off-white gradient which looks like light from the headlight of the bike.
