Super BBQ - EPISODE 3 - chicken skewers
This is the third and final episode of this series about my last super BBQ.

Today I'm going to show you my homemade chicken skewers.
It is important, for this recipe, to use the proper chicken part, that is chicken thighs, and properly marinate them with herbs, salt and pepper, and in case you like spicy food, even with red-hot pepper.
Cut them in large chunks and put them in a bowl.
Add the cornstarch and the vegetable oil, mix, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Now put the chicken chunks in the skewers and grill them properly.
