Environment Resources.

Definition- Environment Resources means any useful items in the environment or materials and substance that useful to main. Or those things which endowed by nature such as organics or inorganic materials which are to great value to men , plants and animals.

Resources are two types--..
(A) Renewable and non - Renewable .

Renewable resources- are crops and other forest resources which do not take time to grow and haverst while Non - Renewable resources are those things that take time (million) years to grow and are found doup down the Earth e.g tin, crude oil etc.

Types of environment Resources.

1. Atmospheric resources
2. Water resources
3. Human resources
4. Vegatation resources
5. Mineral resources

1a Atmospheric resources - these are elements in the atmosphere that are use to man like water sunlight and gases include.
Oxygen, nitrogen,carboixde,water ,vapour,.

Important of atmospheric resources gases.
(a) oxygen
(i) it makes with water vapour for chemical weathering (oxidation)
(ii) it used for industrial purpose.

(B) Carbon dioxide
(i) it mixed with water to produce chemical weathering (carbonation)
(ii) plants makes use of carbondoxide for photosynthesis

C nitrogen
(i) Nitrogen gas is used in electrical industry.
(ii) it is used by pants to build up phite contents.

D Ozone
The zone layer protects the Earth from the direct heat of the sun.
It reduces the buring effects of alternative rays of the sun.

E Water vapour
It is used for rain formation.
It moderate atmospheric temperature

Rain
It helps in pants growth.
It is a source of underground water .
It modified the weather.

Wind
It helps to dry clothes.
It aids in sailing and aviation.
It is used for drying agricultural products like beans, etc.

Water Resources.
These are useful items in the water which are useful to man.sources to f the water are oceans, Rivers, rain, spring, stream .

Important.
It is used for generating of hydroplacity .

Vegatation resources.
These are useful items gotten from the forest and Savanna which are useful to men, animals and plants.

1. Construction minerals e.g limestone , Stones,gravel are used for construction works.
2. Minerals fuel petroleum , natural gas which are converted to supply energy.
3. Precious metals are used for making jewellery.

Human resources.

All the resources are organics and managed by man for optiman use.

The ability of man to make use of these available resources depends on the level of education, technological development cultural.
