The Communities of the Month Support Program - Applications for September by Steem Skillshare

Hello dear Steemit Team and all users of Steemit!!

First I have to thank for Booming Support in August as it really helped to boost our Community and increase its growth dramatically. Thanks to Booming Support, we launch Steem Skillshare Donation Program
We are reapplying for this programme in September as we believe our Community with the help of curation can support all our users who produce quality content as well as grow Community Account Steem Power. For your reference: last month application by Steem Skillshare

Community Purpose

Steem Skillshare Community is a unique community on Steemit which focus is to share the knowledge by making mini-lessons and guides but also by announcing the lessons online for STEEM, SBD, TRON or UPVOTE.

We have users from all around the world, everyone has some skills which can share with others, no matter if it's related to their profession, education, talent (like painting) or culture (like language) - we all can teach something. By motivating people to give lessons online, we make them more independent in earning the money, more responsible for their income and yet it's still proof-of-brain which is the heart of steemit platform.

We believe that Steem Skillshare is one of the most practical Community on Steemit that promotes Steem as payment method between users.
Knowing how easy to do steem transactions and monetize professional skills, we are trying to attract more specialists as well as learners outside Steemit.

Community Team

As a leader of Steem Skillshare Team, I am proud to say that our Team is working hard to bring more creativity and quality content to our Community. We try to connect professionals and learners every day. We encourage our users to be more active and show their skills. Our Team is an international team, so we speak many languages, trying to promote Steem SkillShare globally.

Our second admin @Daytona475 as well as @ftz, @papi.mati and @abu78 are responsible for daily post curation, working with professionals to improve their performance, encouraging adding extra information that can be useful for other users. They also conduct regularly contests that allows users to know better each other. @daytona475 is also responsible for Spanish Content on Steem SkillShare as she is also teaching Spanish lessons. @papi.mati, @rachelshieff and @atim1234 work hard to promote quality content on Steem SkillShare by writing mini lessons series, so the other users understand how they can be more active in our Community. Our user @jenesa as well as myself we are responsible for user curation, verification, trying and testing different services available on Steem SkillShare as well as promoting Donation to Schools. This month, our supervisor @arie.steem wrote for us Community Management Structure that help all moderators to improve their performances.

@steem.skillshare Community Account has 3,080.344 SP on its own as well as 6,993.372 SP in delegation. Total Steem Power is 10000 SP.

Last Month:

We were able to increase steem power both on its own and rise more delegations and beneficiary rewards.
Our Current CSI is 8.2 (5.25 % self, 77 upvotes, 46 accounts, last 7d)
We constantly organize activities to motivate all members to grow Steem Skillshare Community Account. We organised NEW DELEGATOR SUPPORT PROGRAM

Plagiarism and Abuse

All our members are daily checking user accounts and report any suspicious content to our mod @endingplagiarism. So far, after we assign @endplagiarism as our moderator team, we didn't notice much plagiarism or abuse in our Community.

Engagement & Commenting

Since we got Booming Support, the number of our active users rise from 30 to 120, and we try to ensure that each quality post receives curation and comments. As it is important for us to let users understand what content to publish on Steem SkillShare. We always feature quality post on our Community Account to encourage more engagement on selected posts.

Plans and Updates

We are planning to continue all our activities connected with Community Growth such as Online lessons, creating influencers, recruiting more specialists, motivating learners to study and pay with steem.
We actually have many plans to let Steem Skillshare grow steadily. Our new moderator @abu78 will organise meetings for members on Discord to work more closely together and reach more productivity. Our moderator @jenesa will be responsible for Steem SkillShare Charity Activities in the Philippines. We are still working to set up Steem Skillshare Witness.

Promotion

Promotion is an important part of our Community, as we believe the more users will know about us, more services we will be able to deliver and more Steem transactions will be performed between users. We promote our Community on Steemit through Contests, tagging, inviting friends and promoting with cross posts between users. Our activists and moderators also recruited new members on Steemit and steemskillshare in particular. We recruited a gardener, interior designer, yoga teacher etc.

Anything Else

We would really like to ask you to continue Booming Support for our Community as it let us grow immensely, the number of Active users rise 4 times. We were able to attract more specialists and professionals. Furthermore, we are still small and need a lot of improvements in many aspects of our Community, but we believe we are on the right way. Several of our specialists have online lessons and perform steem transactions, and many started their free online courses to promote their services.
