Meditation before going to bed

I have been practicing meditation for a long time now and I can say that if you meditate right before sleeping and right after you wake up. You will start to feel improvement in your whole life. Why? Because your mind will become clear. Your useless disruptive thoughts will be gone. You will enjoy the energy that you waste on thinking useless thoughts for your productivity.

Meditation before sleeping

I can say from my own experience that few minutes meditation before you go to bed, will help the body reset and prepare for a good rest and relaxation of mind and body. You can help your body and brains to remove a lot of questions, see a different aspect of problems and completely get rid of the negative energy in your life. Meditation will transform you into a new true yourself. It lead to a sense of harmony and peace both in mind and soul.
