The more you meditate the happier you feel. Meditation helps to clear our mind. In simple words we all need to keep our inner body strong and shiny. It was proved by multiple of scientific research that meditation helps to improve our mental health and feeling of happiness.

Unfortunately, we are not protected from stress. Our body gets stress daily due to many factors that happen to us. We have several ways to overtake stress such as eating, drinking, sport, shopping and even more dangerous methods that can lead to health consequences. To overcome stress is necessary to meditate.
Since ancient time in our brain we had a center that was responsible for fear that is called amygdala. Amigdala is something that makes people more worried. It was vital for us during time when people live in nature as it warn about dangerous animals and etc. Nowadays, it can lead to false alarm and thanks to meditation we can regulate it.
