30 Days Meditation Challenge. DAY -1
I am starting a 30 Day Meditation Challenge on Steem SkillShare. It suits anyone who has never tried Meditation as well as those who tried but didn't succeeded in it.
Day 1
Todapy is the first day and it is an introductory day and just your first step into this healing and reborn journey. Meditation proves to make people happier and more balanced.
Meditation help us to live in present moment. We cherish each second of our live. The awakening starts here and now. You pay attention and learn to concentrate on Now.
1 Place
It is important to have one place where you meditate every day.
I noticed that if you practice at the same time every da0y at the same place. Your meditation practice turns into your lifestyle. Even if you live in an apartment you can find a special spot and even carpet for the purposes. But you can also do it outside in case you have no privacy at home.

Posture
You can actually sit in any posture that us comfortable for you but my favourite posture is a lotus posture to keep my spine straight and the body ha0s a shape of piramid.
Duration
You must practice at least 5 minutes per day. It is best if you increase time daily.
Start
It is better to close eyes relax and start breathing. Breath slowly and concentrate all your attention on breathing. You must feel the air that travels through your nose to neck and feel its temperature. Just watching the whole breathing process inside your whole body.
Meanwhile you breath control that your exhales a0re longer a0nd slower than inhales. OVERALL breath slowly trying to count until 10 with each exhale. The inhales are practically unnoticeable. You can listen to relaxing music to get more calm and relaxed.
