Cleaning our backyard pool - part 1
During the last few days I have been very busy working in my garden, both for the lawn and the vegetable garden and especially for the swimming pool.
During the winter we leave the pool without water to save on maintenance, but in the spring it becomes difficult because it gets dirty and needs to be cleaned thoroughly.
It took me three days to clean it up and put it in place a bit with a material to be able to reshape the bottom.
The work that did not come professional, but I can't complain I am quite satisfied with the pool, Then it also came quite clean.
Now I have started the filling process, which will take more or less 24 hours, after which we will finally be able to enjoy our swimming pool all summer.
The slightly unpleasant thing is the fact that it still needs a lot of chlorine to keep the water clean, and therefore it is a fairly important cost, plus the motor to filter the water also costs enough for the electricity bill.
But the joy it gives to the whole family, especially the little ones, is indescribable.
