Learning a new skill: Swimming 🏊♀️ 👌
Hi guys!!
Today I was learning a new skill. I started to swim. Swimming is so much fun. I was a bit scared of water but I love to swim even though right now I am not able to go under water. I hope after few weeks I will be able to share with you my progress.
Swimming is good for the whole body and it helps to make your breathing organs stronger. I really hope it will help me to get bigger and stronger.
My teacher is really a nice guy who helps me to overcome all my fears. I love to play games in the water and the water temperature is really warm. The temperature is higher than in the adult swimming pool so I really love it.
The noodle is a best tool to learn to swim. So I felt really great by practicing with noodles. As before I used a lot the water wings.
