Today I'm here with another post of mine about s physics lecture which is quite informative and helpful for the students who are willing to learn.
Actually it's one of the basics.

Today's post is about energy and it's two main types which has difference in them,
So let's start today's topic without any further delay;

ENERGY⚡

Energy is one of the important concepts and topics in science, especially in physics. All the natural world and workings are consist of energy. Energy is required if we need to do even a little work. We hear people saying that he has the energy, it means that the person they are talking about has the ability to do some work.

So the main definition of the word energy will be like;

• "A body (of any type) have the energy or possesses the energy if it has the ability to do some work."

Energy cannot be created from some body, but it can transfer or passes to another item or body. The energy we known as mechanical energy has the two main types of it, let's see them...

Kinetic Energy:

The bodies which keeps moving has the kinetic energy, hence the definition of Kinetic Energy would be somewhat like;

• "The energy possessed by any body because of it's motion then this energy will be known as kinetic energy."

For example the wind is moving always so the wind is carrying the kinetic energy with it. It's so simple and straight to get.

Potential Energy:

The second type of mechanical energy is called potential energy. The definition of potential energy will be like this;.

• "The energy have by a body because of it's position then it's called potential energy"

For example you have a bow and an arrow. When you stretch the bow the potential energy stored in it, because it's changing the position to back area. When you release the bow the stored energy will transfer into the arrow and will Push it to forward.
