[30.03.21] Subsidy for children in Austria, 육아지원금 (2)

오스트리아에는 매달 정부에서 나오는 육아지원금에 더해 추가지원정책이 있다고 하였는데요, 그 혜택들 중에 하나인 Kinderabsetzbetrag 을 살펴봅시다.

I said on my last post that Austria has an additional support policy in addition to the monthly government subsidies. Let's take a look at one of the benefits, is is called in german : Kinderabsetzbetrag.

Kinderabsetzbetrag, "킨더압제츠베트락" 이라고 하는데요, 결론부터 말하자면 마이너스 세금입니다. Negative (income) tax 라고 하는데요, 명목상 세금이지만, 사실상은 매달 지급되는 보조금입니다. 일정 조건 충족시, 마이너스 세금 보조금 혜택을 받아 볼 수 있습니다.

2014년부터 육아지원금과 함께 자동으로 계산되어 지급되는 보조금이고, 매달 아이 1명당 58.40 유로가 추가 지급됩니다. 예를 들어, 아이가 만 2세 인 경우, 육아지원금 기본 114유로에 58.4유로가 추가되어 172.4유로를 매달 지원 받습니다. + 세금을 내지 않거나 매우 적은 가정의 경우에도 Kinderabsetzbetrag을 받습니다.

It's called Kinderabsetzbetrag, "Kinderabsetzbetrag", but to start with, it's a negative tax. It's called a negative (income) tax. It's a nominal tax, but it's actually a monthly subsidy. If certain conditions are met, you can receive negative tax subsidies.

It is a subsidy that is automatically calculated and paid along with the child-raising support since 2014, and an additional 58.40 euros per child is paid every month. For example, if the child is 2 years old, 58.4 euros will be added to the basic 114 euros for child care, and total 172.4 euros per month. + Families who do not pay taxes or small amount of it receive Kinderabsetzbetrag.

계산해보니 스팀이 여기서 2500원만 가도 시총이 약 1조가 되더군요, 스팀이 몸집이 생각보다 많이 커질것같습니다..
