@nainaztengra doing yoga and exercise is something i want to do every morning.But i don’t know why i don’t wake up in the morning.Please tell me a tip that will help(incase you know any).BYW you have written a very nice post

Hi @zeewanee, you should try and sleep early, normally our body needs maximum 8 hrs of sleep, so adjusting your sleep in that time to get up early will help. Yoga you can do anytime, in afternoon or evening also, only thing is you need to do it on empty stomach.
