From the code, you get to know the formula, and then you can calculate what is the current inflation and new STEEM tokens which are being minted daily in Steem Blockchain and then from there, you can easily establish the amount of SP that is being given as rewards(because we know the reward pool distribution).
So once you have the figure of SP reward being given in Steem Blockchain, you have stat of TRX reward too.
