[COOKING VLOG] Steamed Corn and Coconut Milk Layer Cake Recipe
We can make beautiful cakes with two layers with almost the same ingredients and keep them simple.
This time I will share step by step how to make corn and coconut milk layer cake.
Ingredients
CORN LAYER (YELLOW LAYER):
- Corn - 200 grams
- Coconut milk - 150 ml
- Sugar - 100 grams
- Rice flour - 40 grams
- Tapioca flour - 35 grams
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
COCONUT MILK LAYER (WHITE LAYER):
- Coconut milk - 250 ml
- All-purpose flour - 50 grams
- Tapioca flour - 10 grams
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
