The Diary Game. [07/08/2024]-An unexpected day with my Supervisor.

Hello @everyone accept special greetings from this end of globe.It’s another bright new day for me to share with you guys how my day unfolded. Today I have planned to attend one of my friends graduation ceremony at the university Bamenda campus as agriculturalist This my friend programmed runs for 3years and finally she will be graduating today as a certified agriculturalist. That was not the case as my program had to change in favor of my supervisor unexpectedly.

Early inthe morning at 6:00am ,I was already up from bed .I started keeping my house in good hygienic condition and making sure the environment is clean.After, I received a call from my supervisor.To urgently meet him in the university at 12:00pm. To finalized with my Master’s thesis so that I can start working on with it as early as possible. I had no choice than to change my program for the day .Later, I prepared myself and left the house to see my supervisor in school.

When I arrived in school I moved straight to the departmental office .It was already time and he was not there .After, I received a called from my supervisor and he pleaded with me he will be 30 minutes late . Exactly at 1:00pm my supervisor was around and apologized for coming.He explained to me this unexpected meeting is because he will not be around for two weeks.He want us to finalize with my topic so that I can start writing my research proposal while we meet in two weeks time.

He encouraged me to very serious and to make sure I finish with my thesis writing by early May 2025.That will enable me to defend as early as possible . Immediately when I was assigned to him as my supervisor I knew I most work because he does not joke .Instead students are afraid of this particular lecturer but I was happy he will make me to work well with thesis and fast .He is very good in following up his students .I spent about 2hours with him .My topic was coined in a reasonable way and he gave me some guide to follow.

Eventhough,I was angry for unexpected meetup with my supervisor at the end I was so happy . The day was a fruitful one and we did a lot for the start .I could no longer attend my friend graduation ceremony in school we finished late and the occasion was already over .I took a cab back home while ,inthe house I had to call and explained to my friend why I was unable to make it . She sent me some her pictures she took during the graduation ceremony on WhatsApp.I was so happy for her as 3years has past on fruitfully.

At 4:00pm, I had cook and something that will not waste me time as my husband will be back from work soon.Expecting to eat ,I decided to prepare tomato sauce and boiled rice .I had everything,that I needed to cook the food with fresh tomatoes,chicken, onions,white pepper, Garlic,Njansa and curry powder .I already removed my chicken from the fridge to defrost. I spiced it and blended all my ingredients needed to prepare the sauce with .In 1hour time I was done preparing my tomato sauce .

By the time I was done my pot of rice was already on the gascooker boiling.In 30minutes my boiled rice was ready .I was done preparing food. At this point I was very hungry my husband was just back from work .I served him with lunch and dish my own food as well .

When I was done eating I chatted with my husband for sometime my encounter with my supervisor.We discussed a lot of things and I one point I came sleepy .I called it a day by going to bed.
